The class of 2015 has now closed that chapter of their life and are beginning a new one. What will come of them is anybodies guess. We pray for their well being and stand ready to be of assistance to them.

     However, what about the parents of those children? What will their life be now? For the past twelve years they have dedicated and sacrificed their time and energy to see their child makes it through. Now that they are seeking a new beginning, what are they going to do with all that spare (?) time? Some of you will begin to focus on the next child, but others of you will be experiencing an empty nest.  The “empty nest syndrome” can be a challenging time for you. Let me encourage you to turn your interests elsewhere. Going to church would be a great thing to do. If you are not already attending begin this Sunday. You will find your marriage will be better, your relationships will be improved and more importantly you will do better. You will feel better spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Inviting God into your life is the best thing you can do for yourself. And, let me also suggest you get involved in a ministry. You and your spouse will be blessed by it. And do come worship with us on Sunday, and remember: EVERYONE is welcome here. -- Norm Russell
