Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

There are two basic ways men seek the Lord in these last days: some halfheartedly seek the Lord, while some seek Him diligently. The reward inherent in seeking the Lord lies in seeking Him diligently; God does not reward the act of merely seeking Him; He rewards the act of diligently seeking Him.

The act of applying diligence in seeking the Lord is all about seeking Him the way He has ordained. It is the will of our heavenly Father that we seek Him while He may be found, and that we seek Him with the whole of our heart if we hope to find Him and enjoy His grace and mercy (Jeremiah 29:13).

A half hearted approach to seeking the Lord is the reason many believers are backsliden, sickly, poverty stricken, depressed and oppressed by the enemy. A half hearted approach to seeking the Lord is an act of unbelief; it is an act of unwillingness to put faith to work as prescribed by the holy scriptures. They fail to realize that a double minded man is unstable in all his ways, and that such a believer cannot receive anything from the Lord (James 1:6-8).

Being in union with the Lord Jesus Christ is an advantage you are called in Him to maximize by faith. You are in Him to convert the manifold grace of God to your personal testimonies of victorious daily living and good success in all your endeavors. Do not slack. Put in due diligence in seeking the Lord to reap the benefits of His amazing grace and unfailing mercy.

Master the act of praying with all of your heart and mind. Be diligent in giving cheerfully. Praise the Lord with the understanding of who He is and His wondrous works. Apply diligence to the pursuit of the fulfilment of your God given assignment. Be diligent in your commitment to soul winning and serving the Lord in your local assembly. See to it that you seek the Lord diligently, today and always.

Think About This:
Isaiah 45:19
I have not spoken in secret, In a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in vain’; I, the Lord, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

Daily Affirmation:
I affirm this day that I understand and know that I am called in Christ to diligently seek my heavenly Father. I affirm my commitment to seek Him with the whole of my heart and mind. I choose to henceforth apply diligence to praying, to praising God, to giving unto the Lord and to walking in love, to soul winning and serving the Lord in my local assembly. Amen.

Prayer:
Pray diligently in the Spirit.

You are blessed beyond measure.
