Tuesday June 21st 2022 By Sunday Ayodele, Lagos, Nigeria Acts 13:2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. Hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit is the secret of discovering purpose and enjoying divine direction. He leads in the paths of righteousness and makes us lie down in green pastures. Without His leading it is impossible for a saint to find his appointed place and be found doing exactly what the Father has called him to do for His glory. It takes hearing the voice of the Spirit to discover your purpose and enjoy divine direction in the pursuit of its fulfilment. It is one thing to know what the Lord has called you to do and another thing all together to know how to get it done. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you your calling and show you how to fulfil it and where to fulfill. He does this so you may find fulfilment in doing the work your heavenly Father called you to do in Christ Jesus. Ministering to the Lord is the secret of hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit. Ministering to the Lord is all about offering to Him the sacrifice of praise. In continually offering to the Lord the sacrifice of praise you create the atmosphere that makes it possible for the Holy Spirit to clearly speak to you and reveal to you things concerning you in Christ Jesus. Seeing that it takes ministering to the Lord to discover your purpose and enjoy divine direction, you owe it to yourself to develop the habit of lifting your heart and your hands to offer to God the sacrifice of praise daily. You owe it to yourself to explore the wonders of the manifold grace of God that abound in being led by the Spirit of God in the pursuit of the fulfilment of your glorious destiny in Christ Jesus. Think About This: 2 Kings 3:15 (Amplified Version) But now bring me a musician. And it came about while the musician played, that the hand (power) of the Lord came upon Elisha. Faith Confession: I am a priest in the order of Christ Jesus the High Priest of the heavenly sanctuary. I am appointed to daily offer to my heavenly Father the sacrifice of praise. I take great joy in ministering to my God and Father. As I joyfully minister to Him the sacrifice of praise I stay in my purpose and enjoy the guidance of His Holy Spirit.
