Psalm 23:2
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters.

Maximizing life in Christ Jesus is all about being led by the Spirit. It is impossible for a saint in light to excel in righteousness and prosper outside of the guiding grace of the Spirit of God. It is He that makes saints in light to lie down in green pastures; it is He that teaches them to profit and that leads them in the way they ought to go daily.

The essence of having a regenerated spirit is so you may enjoy the leading of the Spirit of God. You are meant to do all you do and go from place to place by the witness of the Spirit. Your daily living is meant to be orchestrated by the Spirit of God. You will miss the paths of righteousness and your daily bread if you are not led by the Spirit of God.

Relying on the leading of the Spirit of God in all things is the secret of lying down in green pastures and enjoying it. It is the job of the Holy Spirit to help you recognize green pastures and make you lie down in it. To not rely on the leading of the Spirit of God is to not recognize green pastures and to deny yourself the pleasures that come from lying down in it.

You owe it to yourself to yield your heart and mind to the Spirit of God so He may teach you to profit and lead you in the way you ought to go. Give Him the reins of your life. Always be mindful of the fact that without the Spirit of the Lord you are nothing and can do nothing. Count on Him to make you lie down in green pastures, today and always.

Jeremiah 10:23
O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Faith Confession:
I am born of the Spirit of God. I am led daily by Him. The Spirit of God makes me to recognize green pastures and makes me to make the most of it through the exercise of my faith. I excel in righteousness and prosper in all my ways because I am daily guided by the Spirit. Glory be to God! Hallelujah!

Prayer:
Pray in the Spirit.
