Psalms 37:34
Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

To keep God's way is to live and do all you do according to His will. God's way is His will. His will is contained in the word. His word is the standard set by Him which our lives and endeavors must follow. The call of God on your life is a calling to walk in His way.

The only way you can be like Christ is to make God's way the only standard upon which you build your life and express it. One key way by which you can determine that you truly are saved is the burning desire generated in your heart by the Holy Spirit to live your life and do all you do in such a way as to please the Lord. Living to please yourself is alien to the Christian life.

You can't be committed to living to please the Lord and yet retain the desire to please your own self. You can't mix your ways with God's way. It is either you choose God's way and put aside your ways or you choose your ways and put aside God's way. You can't have both at work in your life and expect the Lord to bless you. The Lord honours those who keep His way.

The only way to get God to be committed to you and bring your desires to pass is to commit to living and doing things His way. When you commit to keeping God's way He will pour an abundant measure of His grace upon you to enable you continue to please Him with your life.

Think About This:
Isaiah 55:8-9
For my thoughts are not your thoughts,neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.For as the heavens are higher than the earth,so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Faith Confession:
I am born again to live and do all I do in conformity with the way of my heavenly Father. I think, speak and act the way I do because I am totally submitted to God's way. Hallelujah.

Prayer:
Pray in the Spirit.

Daily Bible Reading:
1 Peter chapter 3.
