Luke 16:10
He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

In the kingdom of God character is everything. What you get and what you loose is determined by your character. You cannot rise above what your character permits in God's kingdom.

Character is that peculiar trait that you consciously and unconsciously manifest daily; it is how you act, think, talk and handle things. It is what the Lord Jesus Christ referred to as fruits. You are known by your fruits in the kingdom of God. You are not known by your face.

Your character, if good, allows for the grace of God to lift you to higher grounds. It causes the mercy of God to flow ceaselessly into your life making you a wonder in the earth. If your character is bad you will be limited as God cannot entrust great things to the hands of a man whose life frustrates His grace.

Character is formed. It develops over a period of time based on what you set your mind on daily. Your mindset forms your character. And your mindset is formed by that which you treasure the most. What do you treasure most?

As the redeemed of the Lord, your relationship and walk with the Lord ought to be the most important thing in your life. Fellowshipping with the Lord in the word by His Spirit ought to influence how you think, talk, act and handle whatever you lay your hands upon to do.

Excellence is part of your nature as the redeemed of the Lord. Behaving recklessly and handling whatever is placed in your hand recklessly is alien to your nature as a new creature in Christ Jesus. Your character should stream out of the godly nature you have received in Christ.

No amount of fervent prayer can make God trust a man with an ungodly character. Change your ways to qualify for God to entrust you with promotion that makes room for better things to flow into your life. Your character is everything.

Think About This:
Matthew 12:33
Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

Faith Confession:
I am a new creature in Christ Jesus. I have the mind of Christ. My thoughts, words and actions flow from my union with Christ. I do as I am led by the Spirit of God. I walk daily in the light of the word. My heart and mind is set on being who I am in Christ and doing all I do as one who is in Him. Hallelujah!

Prayer:
Pray in the Spirit.
