Good morning! It is a little chilly this morning, 32 degrees. Makes my coffee even better and makes me linger a little longer in the warmth of the house. December 1 so I read Luke 1 this morning. God sent Gabriel to tell Zachariah that his wife would have a son. A few months later God sent Gabriel to visit Mary and told her she had found favor with the Lord. Zachariah did not believe because he and his wife Elizabeth were old and Mary had concerns because she wasn’t married but she believed. “For nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37 CSB) I hope we all have a good day and a great month as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! “Though you have not seen him, you love him; though not seeing him now, you believe in him, and you rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy, because you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.” (1 Peter 1:8-9 CSB) Oh the goodness of God!
