Here's a brief summary:*If there is a problem in the church or a need of a people or person in your life that continues to be overlooked or neglected, be wise, full of the Holy Spirit, and of faith, perhaps the Lord is calling you to make that need your passion for ministry to serve to meet the need and correct the problem that you are seeing, hearing, or feeling. Each one is called by God and the church to serve in different ways, allowing each one to love God, love others, and meet the needs. As each one answers their call no is overburdened and everyone is built up.
