God has a message that is simple, universal, humbling, and personal. However, since it is not*logical* to us and in a large sense is just beyond our aility to reason. Let us face it: The cross is our only hope.That is because it represents Jesus, who paid the ultimate price for us. In Acts 17:21 we talk about things that do not matter. God wants us to understand that the message of the Cross is the one thing that TRULY matters... because when the judgement day comes, we will stand alone in the presence of God. |
