| In this lesson, Bryan continues his I AM series, with a study based on the book of Ruth. Emphasis in this lesson is for the people to throw away the false gods they had been worshiping, and not to intermarry. The lesson also goes into the story of Ruth and Naomi. It asks the question of what Naoimi did that led Ruth to choose God? It would seem that it was Ruth's determination to go with her, and to be at once with Naomi's people, her God, and so on. Ruth was totally devoted to her mother in law, even though she did not HAVE to be so. Her dedication was absolute. Bryan's lesson touches on many other subjects as well, such as how when we worry about things that we don't live well. There are many useful lessons in this sermon, please be sure to listen to it. |
