Our worship includes songs of praise, scriptures, a time for communion, and prayers to our heavenly Father, his Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We seek to glorify our God while encouraging growth in each other. Everyone is welcome to come as you are, and experience Jesus with us!
The sermons preached are from stories and examples in the bible. They are meant to stir a self reflection and perhaps promote an action of belief in our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
We believe it is important to deliver a relevant and applicable lesson that is helpful to daily life and true to God’s Word. Whether you’re young or old, seeking Christ for the first time, or a longtime Christian, there’s something in the lesson for you.
Unique to the North Bend Church of Christ is that the songs we sing are 'a cappella, meaning we sing without musical instruments. We love the beauty and joy of worshiping God from our hearts with our voices. We believe you will find the singing meaningful and uplifting. Everyone is invited to be an active participant in our songs of praise.
Each Sunday we celebrate Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection through participating in communion. You are welcome to share in the body and blood of Jesus through the breaking of bread and drinking of grape juice as we remember Jesus together.
Each Sunday we pass trays to collect a weekly financial offering to support our work in the church. You are not expected to make a donation.
Bring them! We have an attended nursery for children two and under at any time, and Jr. Worship for 5th grade and below during our sermon time. However, we invite all kids to participate in our worship. In fact, it’s not uncommon for some of our young men to lead us in prayer and read scripture.
We have Bible Class each Sunday morning at 9:30am. We would love to have you come and join us in this time of learning and growth.
