But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Thought: It's not enough to just listen to the word and then sit back thinking all is well and we need do no more. We have to take what we hear and learn and put these things into practice in our daily lives. The only person we fool is ourselves when we do any less.
