Celebrating Anniversaries is always a fun experience. A couple married for 40, 50, 60, or more years, though not necessarily an odd thing, it is becoming more rare with each passing generation.
Sunday, we will be celebrating our church's sixty second anniversary. We are so blessed to still have people here with us who were part of the beginning. We love them deeply and we will certainly be honoring them.
People have come and people have gone, but the church is here still blessing our community and still worshiping God. Some of you who used to ride our joy buses are still in our area and we invite you to come and celebrate with us. Some of you used to attend here but have moved on and you too are invited to return and join in the fun and worship.
God has richly blessed our congregation. He has seen us through in times of plenty and in times of want. He looked after us when some of our dearest members passed away and we mourned their loss. Sunday we celebrate sixty two years, but mostly we celebrate an awesome God. Come worship with us.
