(KJV) And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things today.

Thought: Some versions say they saw extraordinary things, or wonderful things. Jesus had just healed a man, told him to rise up and go home. It is thrilling to see someone we know and love healed. Even more amazing and wonderful is to see the faith in God that person has, that no matter the result of their illness or personal problems they know they have the greatest opportunity of all. Jesus performed many miracles but the greatest gift of all we don't really see. We just know. That is the forgiveness of our sins and a home in Heaven with Him.
