There is ONE body and ONE Spirit--just as you were called to the ONE hope that belongs to your call--ONE LORD, ONE faith, ONE baptism,
ONE God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Thought: Paul emphasizes the word ONE seven times in these verses. Why? Because it's important that we realize there is ONLY ONE.
One God. One Faith. One Baptism. There are many faiths out there but there is only one route to God. And the only way to him is through Jesus Christ, our savior. No one gets to the father except thru him.

Follow the ONE and you will WIN!
