Devious or Upright? Proverbs 3:32

(ESV) For the devious person is an abomination to the LORD, but the upright are in his confidence.

Thought: Depending on the translation of the Bible you have, the devious person could be called perverse and is hated or disgusting. The upright or righteous person is a friend, is in His confidence and His secret is with them.
So the question is do we want to be hated and disqusting or would we rather be a friend who has God's confidence and His love? It's a no brainer!
