(ESV) The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.

Thought: Don't take everything as face value, research and give thought to your lives, where you go, what you do and how you treat others.

This book of the Bible has such wonderful sayings in it. They are so insightful. You don't need a lot of time just reading a few lines here and there give you reason to think.
