Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Let no man say, when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Then, when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Do no err, my beloved brethren.

Thought: Remember the movie Josie Wales? Where the old Indian is telling Josie how they had to endeavor to persevere. That is also what we must do. In spite of what satan can throw at us we must hold on to our faith, persist in the face of evil. Stay the course. Yes, it's not always the easiest pathway we can take but it is the best pathway. God always provides a way out. No matter what it is we are lusting after in the end it will not be worth the cost.
