Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Thought: Most if not all of us carry some baggage around with us. Sometimes people use us unknowingly to create problems in our lives. Holding on to wrongs people have done to us only serve to hold us back and keep us away from God if we hang on to them. We need to do what we can to resolve these things. Pray about it, search the scriptures. If you have a problem you can't solve by yourself, seek out someone, an elder or perhaps your minister. They are there to help.
