Dancing with the Stars has become a hit for ABC. Maybe you have seen it. It is a program where various personalities from entertainment, athletics, business or wherever they come from, are teamed with professional dancers. After each dance they are critiqued by three judges. Sometimes the judges can be extremely cruel, and they can be complimentary. On a recent program, one judge was informed by the professional dancer that his criticism was unfair and discouraging. He believed that there were some good things that could have been said.

The dancer (Max) may have had a point. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to get up in the morning for some people. Their lives are a mess, they see little hope for a better tomorrow and it would help if someone would simply say a kind word to them.

The bible speaks of encouraging one another. Jesus was holy, righteous, Perfect and yet when He was among sinners He found words to encourage. The people knew they were bad, they just needed someone to tell them there was hope and that they were valuable. Need someone to tell you that? Is there someone you need to say it to?
