We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

Thought: A do over. How many times in life do we get the opportunity to have a do over. We get that when we are baptised. We recognize that Christ is our savior, our pathway to God. We rise up from the water with a clean slate, to walk in a new life. This new life we have been given is a precious gift bought at a great price.

I am reminded of the song "Redeemed"
Redeemed how I love to proclaim it! Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb; Redeemed thru His infinite mercy, His child and forever I am
