Bound or Loosed?? Matt. 18:15-18

"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.' If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector."

"I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

Thought: It's a terrible thought to think that we can't get along with other, especially within the church. But to sin against a brother how terrible. Sadly it does happen some times. We need to make every effort to resolve the issue, and it tells us here just what and how to do that. If we can't hear our brother/sister, if we don't hear the church, we leave them no alternative. If you look up pagans and tax collectors, they were not thought of as good or decent people. They were generally hated and considered traitors. We are told to have no religious fellowship with them. Nothing is gained in such a loss on either side.
